We are seeking a talented Sr. Salesforce Developer to be a part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). This transformational team is helping to redefine how customer relationships and data are managed on a single Salesforce platform for our retail businesses across marketing, sales, and service. The Salesforce COE is rooted in an agile-based project management environment with iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams. The COE is responsible for ongoing operations support, governance, and managing the program back log of new capabilities and enhancements.

How you will make an impact:
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to understand the business goals and needs
Collaborate with architects to ensure technical solution designs adhere to architectural strategies of the team
Plan, design, develop, test and deploy solutions within an Agile Scrum software delivery framework
Support bi-weekly release management activities via GearSet & BitBucket
Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained

The experience you will bring:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
2+ years of development leadership experience
Deep understanding of Lightning Web Components with supportable Aura Component experience
Ability to tell a story and communicate solutions, designs, diagrams and proof of concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Operate in a self-sufficient manner with projects from beginning to end
Comfortable with rapidly changing environments
Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
Actionable knowledge of Financial Services Cloud & Service Cloud preferred
SF1 (Mobile) Experience or LEX on Mobile Experience highly preferred
Tableau CRM is a plus
Four-year college degree

Deep understanding and experience with Amazon Connect and supporting AWS services
Demonstrable experience with JIRA, BitBucket, and SFDX. Bonus for GearSet experience
Self-sufficiency with Lightning Web Component development, specifically within Service Cloud
